Can I still use the VA?

Absolutely. VA enrollment doesn't conflict with Medicare or TFL. They're three completely separate systems that don't share claims with each other.

A lot of retired veterans use all three strategically:

• VA — Best for service-connected conditions, VA-prescribed medications, and the priority care your rating earned.
• Medicare + TFL — Best for routine civilian care, specialists, and care while traveling.
• MTF (space-available) — Useful where it works, especially pharmacy.

Don't drop Medicare Part B because you have VA. VA can change priority groups, close facilities, or have wait times. Medicare + TFL is your civilian safety net no matter what happens at VA.

Also: VA pharmacy and TRICARE Pharmacy are separate. You can use whichever is cheaper for a given drug.
